Howard served as the Creative Director for the redesign of Merrill Lynch’s internet site (ML.com) , which just won an award from the Web Marketing Association.

Howard served as the Creative Director for the redesign of Merrill Lynch’s Intranet site which has been named one of the "Top 10 Intranets" by the Nielsen Norman Group and will be featured in their 2006 design annual.
